Welcome to Fring!

These Commercial Terms govern your collaboration with Fring, including the sourcing, hiring, and contracting of freelancers and flex professionals. By using Fring services, you agree to these terms.

1. How Fring Finds the Best Experts

Fring makes it easy to connect with top freelancers and flex professionals through a clear and collaborative process:

1. After submitting and refining a job description (via your Fring login or team@fring.nl), your search request is shared with relevant experts through the Fring community app.
2. Interested freelancers and flex professionals express their availability directly via the platform.
3. Fring provides a handpicked shortlist of the best candidates, including guidance, contact details, and rate transparency.
4. You and Fring together invite the most suitable candidates for an introduction.
5. For additional selection support or rate advice, contact your Fring community connector at team@fring.nl.
6. Choose your candidate, finalize arrangements, and get started! 🎁

2. No Cure, No Pay: Terms & Billing

Fring operates on a transparent, success-based model designed to make hiring simple, fair, and risk-free:

1. Fring’s community search, support, and selection service is No Cure, No Pay: you pay only for successful matches.
2. You must provide one primary contact person to receive the shortlist and coordinate the selection process.
3. Fring receives temporary exclusivity per search assignment to find the right candidate for your organization.
4. If the assignment is posted through multiple channels (other partners, platforms, or internal networks), you must provide full transparency.
5. Rate negotiations are conducted directly between your organization and the freelancer. Fring provides rate advice, benchmarks, and guidance on the appropriate contract type.
6. For a successful match, Fring charges a 10% community service fee on the hours worked. This fee is separate from the agreed rate with the freelancer.
7. Frequent hiring clients may join the Fring Flex Community Partnership, benefiting from a lower service fee of 8% per hour.
8. Freelancer billing and contracting is managed via Fring, ensuring fully compliant, risk-free hiring according to current laws and regulations.
9. The Fring Contracting service fee is €1 per hour worked, in addition to the community service fee. If your organization uses its own broker service (e.g., Magnit, Hays, Circle 8), Fring integrates with it.
10. The Fring service fee is charged for the entire duration of the assignment, including any extensions.
11. One year after the end of an assignment, your organization may hire the freelancer directly without Fring involvement. Fring is not liable for non-compliance penalties in case of direct hiring.

3. Bonus Features

As part of your collaboration with Fring, you gain access to extra tools and benefits that make flexible hiring smarter and more compliant:

• Access the Fring Expert platform to build your own network of preferred freelancers.
• Freelancers can follow your organization via the Fring community app, keeping them updated on your new opportunities.
• The Fring Contracting Back Office provides compliant freelance, payroll, and project contracts.
• Fring’s contract specialists proactively advise on the correct contract type to help you avoid tax or compliance penalties.
• Post both long-term and short-term assignments directly through the Fring network.
  

4. Platform Access & Talent Pool

Fring gives your organization direct access to a growing network of verified freelancers and smart tools to manage your flex workforce:

• Work directly with top flex professionals in Tech, Marketing, Staff & more.
• Fring’s community connectors create a handpicked shortlist of the best available talent.
• Build your own First Ring flex pool, add company followers, and invite favorites via your company page.
• Get full visibility and control through your company dashboard and smart hiring features.
• Company login details are shared once the first shortlist has been delivered, giving you instant access to manage your hiring pipeline.
